What you can update yourself

Four things are self-serve today:

• The homepage News/Update box.
• The Programs page.
• The Events Calendar.
• The Careers page.

Everything is on the website itself

All four tools are ordinary pages on the CCAH website, so there is no separate admin system to learn and nothing there for you to break by clicking around.

The Help Centre lists everything you can reach. Bookmark it and start there each time.

For everything else

Board members, photos elsewhere on the site, page wording and anything to do with how the site looks still goes through Paul. Email [email protected] with what you would like changed.

If something looks wrong after you save

Refresh the page first, because browsers hold on to an old copy for a minute or two. If it still looks wrong, email Paul and say what you changed and what you expected. Nothing you do on these four screens is unrecoverable.
