Signing In

Where to sign in

Go to ccah.ca/login. That is the only address you need to remember.

Enter your username or email address and the password from your welcome email, then click Log In.

Once you are signed in you land here, on the Help Centre.

From then on, the bar along the top of every staff page moves you between the tools: Help Centre, News/Update, Programs, Events and Careers. The one you are on is filled in, and Log out sits at the right hand end.

If Paul has given you access to job applications, an Applications button sits beside them. If he has given you access to leads, a Leads button sits at the end.

Staying signed in

Tick Remember Me before you click Log In and your browser keeps you signed in for two weeks, so you can go straight to a page without signing in each time.

If you forget your password

On the sign-in screen, click Lost your password? and enter your email address. A reset link arrives by email, usually within a few minutes. Check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it.

Signing out

Every staff page has a Log out button in the bar along the top. Signing out matters on a shared or public computer. On your own computer you can leave yourself signed in.
